My Role

  • Conducted stakeholder discovery sessions to map workflows, reporting needs, and approval chains.

  • Built a multi-tab portfolio tracker connecting project fees, legal costs, and budget allocations with live formulas and conditional logic.

  • Developed real-time dashboards summarizing project health by brand, budget, and department.

  • Implemented data validation systems and dropdown fields to ensure accuracy and ease of use.

  • Led change management and team training for cross-department adoption.
